    I (help you) outwit and outsmart complex processes, build bridges and break down barriers through digital facilitation. As a certified LeSS User, I follow my maxim, “Less is more”.

    With the help of systematic de-biasing, e.g. in the form of regular retrospectives, reviews and supervisions I counteract prevailing old thought patterns of individual leaders that hold back innovation.

  • de-escalating

    Respectful and non-violent communication is fundamental for good digital collaboration. I believe crises and conflicts hold great potential to promote co-creativity and empathy. We can learn hand in hand from our mistakes and how to move on and grow. That’s what it’s all about!

    Healthy growth comes from within. Sensory joy is truly life-changing, if you want to enhance your self-care, self-empathy and joie de vivre. How to practice evolving your sensory joy and pleasure is part of my Sensory Joy training, enjoyment and pleasure.

Following the call to work with agile methodologies made Nadja a raw agility model with a great passion for a real purpose.
